This was tossed out this week across some mailing lists: Windows Credentials Editor v1.0 has been released. Scroll down on the link a bit to find more details, but basically this is a quick CLI executable that you can run and snag or edit (think: pass-the-hash) stored hashes on a Windows system. Sexxeh!
